Manufacturing and Industrial Lines

Case erecting that follows your line takt, fits a dust-controlled environment and reports back to MES.

Manufacturing and Industrial Lines

Industry Challenges

Takt must match the main line

The erector has to feed the line at its pace — running faster or slower both create buffers and idle time.

Dust-controlled environment

Paper dust and adhesive residue are restricted in clean and food-adjacent workshops.

MES / PLC integration

Production data has to reach the site network, not stay on the machine HMI.

Board grade variation

Changing board suppliers changes feeding behaviour — the machine must tolerate it without constant adjustment.

How ZRAY Solves It

We start from your line takt and interface list. The erector is configured for synchronized feeding, low-dust vacuum feeding and residue-free adhesive systems, with a stainless or coated frame to suit the workshop. PLC signal exchange (start, ready, fault, count) and OEE data reporting are specified during engineering review, not retrofitted afterwards.

Key Capabilities

±5 %
Feed rate tracking of the main line takt
IP54
Enclosure rating for dusty workshops
24 signal points
PLC interface capacity

Scope of Supply

Main unit Bliss or RSC former with synchronized infeed.
Dust control Low-dust vacuum feeding with filtered exhaust.
Interface PLC signal exchange plus OEE data reporting.

Projected results

2 ways

20+ years
Typical service life of the frame

Delivery and assurance

Interface list confirmed before manufacturing. Commissioning is staged with your maintenance team during a planned shutdown.

Lead time Standard machines 45–60 days; customized lines 90–120 days after drawing approval.
