From one workshop to packaging lines worldwide
ZRAY Machinery (Wuxi) builds carton forming equipment — case erectors, three-piece (Bliss) formers, double-head high-speed formers and rigid box capping machines — for packaging lines that cannot afford downtime. We started in 2017 with a single workshop in Huishan District, Wuxi, and grew by solving the problems carton makers actually have: blanks that vary from batch to batch, glue patterns that drift, changeovers that eat production hours.
Today our machines run in e-commerce fulfilment centres, food and beverage plants, cold-chain warehouses and household goods factories on four continents. Everything that decides whether a line runs smoothly — the feeder, the forming head, the glue system, the folding mechanism — we design and machine ourselves.
How we got here

2017
Founded in Wuxi
One workshop, a five-person team, and the first single-head case erector delivered to a local carton plant.

R&D centre and first patents
In-house R&D team formed; the first patents granted for the vacuum feeder and forming head.

Three-piece and double-head platforms
Bliss three-piece and double-head high-speed formers released, breaking 30 cartons per minute.

Full-line projects with international brands
Carton forming section supplied into complete packaging lines for international FMCG brands.

Overseas service network
Exports expanded to Russia, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, backed by regional spare parts stock.

R&D strength
Patents, invention patents and core mechanisms developed in house.
Core mechanisms developed and machined in house: the vacuum feeder, the forming head, the hot-melt glue system, and the folding and tucking arms. That is why we can hold a jam rate below 0.2% at 30 cartons per minute on real production blanks — and why a changeover to a new carton size takes minutes, not hours.
