Cold Chain and Food Packaging

Stable erecting at low temperature, for coated and moisture-resistant board.

Cold Chain and Food Packaging

Industry Challenges

Low-temperature reliability

Grease stiffens and pneumatic lines behave differently below freezing — components must be selected for it.

Coated and moisture-resistant board

Waterproof liners and film coatings change friction and adhesive behaviour.

Hygiene compliance

Contact surfaces and cleaning routine have to satisfy food-safety audits.

Condensation at the packing point

Temperature transition between cold store and packing area produces condensation on the board.

How ZRAY Solves It

Components, lubricants and pneumatics are specified for low-temperature duty, and the forming sequence is tuned for coated board so friction changes do not cause misfeeds. Contact surfaces use food-grade materials, and the frame geometry is designed for wash-down cleaning without water traps.
