Remote diagnostics

Most faults are diagnosed without a site visit.

Around 70% of the faults reported to us are solved remotely. Before a site visit is quoted, a service engineer tries to reproduce and clear the fault in a remote session.

What we need from you: a stable internet connection at the machine, the machine serial number, and access to the electrical cabinet.
How it works: TeamViewer, Sunlogin or a direct PLC connection over Ethernet or VPN, depending on your IT policy.
What we check: PLC alarm history, servo and inverter parameters, HMI logs and the sequence in which the fault appeared.

If remote access is not allowed at your plant, a phone or video call showing the HMI screen is usually enough to identify the cause.

Repair scope and charging

What is covered by warranty and what is charged.

Within warranty Faults caused by design, material or assembly are repaired and parts replaced free of charge. Labour and travel are covered by ZRAY; the customer provides local transport and lifting equipment.

Out of warranty Parts are quoted at list price in an itemised quotation; labour is billed per engineer-day plus travel. A service report is issued after every visit.

Return to factory or on-site Small components are returned to the factory for repair. Forming heads, servo systems and PLC cabinets are repaired on site to avoid long downtime.
